About 50% of my job consists of me being on hold. So one that means I spend almost half of my day on hold.....playing scramble on facebook.

There's is nothing springy about me this morning. Daylight savings time is for chumps. It reminds me of being out at the club dancing and drinking and hearing "last call!" at 2am.
